For a service provider new industrial segments should addressed, appointments made and complex services sold via the phone.
The industry segments (machinery, aerospace, engineering) have been mutually agreed between sales4u and the customer. Companies were selected, contact names and addresses researched and benefit arguments created. Already during the initial calls, we learned that in these specific industry segments dedicated requirements (legal and technical) were present which could not yet be covered by our client. Immediately it was agreed that these segments will be cut out. The lacking arguments for the remaining segments have been adjusted and it was further acquired.
We found a first interest at about 45% of the called companies. At about 8% meetings have been agreed and approximately 2% closings were recorded out of the more than 1,000 companies addressed during a year.
